  • My Basic Real Estate Photography Package provides professional listing photos for condos and small homes looking for a simple, effective marketing solution. It’s a great option for agents and homeowners who want quality images without additional add-ons.

  • My Small Marketing Package is designed for properties that need more than just listing photos to stand out online. Along with professional real estate photography, this package includes twilight images and a 30-second video clip to help create a more eye-catching and engaging presentation for buyers on social media and listing platforms.

    • 3 Twilight Photo

    • 30 Second Welcome Video

    • 2D Floor Plan

  • My Large Marketing Package is built for properties that deserve a complete, high-end marketing experience. In addition to professional real estate photography, this package includes a cinematic 1-minute video, detailed 2D floor plans,360 Degree Tour to showcase the property from every angle and help listings stand out online.

    • Up to 75 Photos

    • 5 Twilight Photos

    • 1 Minute Video

    • 2d Floor Plan

    • 360 Degree Tour

  • Easy Add-Ons Available to help customize your marketing package for any property. Choose from immersive 3D walkthroughs, cinematic drone video footage, or other extra content to create a stronger and more engaging listing presentation.

    Options:

    • Zillow 3D Tour $65

    • Matterport 360 Degree Tour $95

    • Up to 10 more drone photos $40

    • Drone 15-30 Second Video $50

    • Additional 25 Photos $35

*Please note, any drone work may have an additional $25 charge for waiver fees in some federally controlled areas. Assessments will be done when an address is sent.

**Please note, properties over 5,000 Sq Ft will be quoted separately.

Our Process

Client Set Up

If its your first time with us, we have special packages just for you!

We will also work on setting you up in my system to make sure your always in touch!

Schedule a Date

Once we set you up, or if you are returning, within 48 hours of contact request, we will have a date and time scheduled.

Day of shoot

On the day of the shoot, we will do a walkthrough of the house.

I like to understand what you want to highlight or focus on. I will also work with you on how I will flow through the house.

Within 24 hours

Within 12 hours, you will have all your photos ready to be published for your listing.

If there was video, 2d, or 3d/360 Degree Tour requested, you will receive it in 24 hours!
